How do we work as an Umbrella Company?
Below steps might vary but this is the general format.
- Once you have secured your Job and your contract, we come in as an Umbrella company and sign a contract with your recruitment agency and you also sign a contract with us as our employee.
- After your work you fill out your timesheets as required monthly or weekly basis and send it to us and your recruitment agency.
- We shall then invoice the recruitment agency on your behalf and they will invoice their client’s.
- Once we receive your pay, we then forward the salary to you.
We remit all Taxes and other deductions as required on your behalf and all transaction fees due to us as agreed on the contract you signed.
